CONTINUED ACTION TAKING SESSIONS (CAT)
CAT sessions are about no more excuses and no more self judgement. Is there a change you desire to make or a dream you desire to realize and just not sure how to create it or youāve continually put it off or been caught in the āplanning stageā eternally? Then a CAT session is for you.
Be aware, this is a very action-oriented type of session.
We will chat and change energies AND we will be focused on continually taking action to create whatever it is you desire. If you are ready to create the life & body you desire, then letās get started with our first session asap.
During each session we will:
- Set Targets or even find the Target you desire to create
- Find and implement energies to support the creation of that target
- Determine the Actions required to actualize your target
- Review actions youāve taken since last time we met and make adjustments
- Acknowledge and celebrate what youāve created
