Meet Donnielle
Donnielle Carter, NBHWC grew up in a world centered around health and wellness. Her mother, a nutritionist, hosted a popular health talk radio show for 27 years, and every Saturday, you could find Donnielle right there with her, soaking it all in—even if she resisted it at times.
Even with her early exposure to the world of health, Donnielle didn’t picture herself working with bodies. She spent over 10 years behind the scenes in TV Production & Promotion, where she preferred to keep a low profile, running cameras and managing production tasks. Being naturally shy, this suited her just fine.
But over 15 years ago, everything changed. Donnielle was introduced to energetic tools, and it completely transformed how she worked with bodies. She began building a deeper, ongoing relationship with her own body, one that’s constantly evolving and expanding. It opened her eyes to the dynamic energy of bodies and how they can change and grow.
Today, Donnielle travels the world, leading classes that explore the connection between bodies, energy, and the power of words.Â
Whether she’s teaching in-person, online, or working one-on-one with clients, her focus is on helping people build a better, more vibrant relationship with their bodies.
A Nationally Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach, she uses her extensive experience and powerful energetic tools to create practical applications that have proven transformative for both her own life and the lives of thousands.
Throughout her career, Donnielle has made a real impact, helping people see and interact with their bodies in new, positive ways. She’s known for her warm, intuitive approach and her knack for helping others unlock fresh possibilities in their lives. What You'll Learn:
Day 1: Where or How Are You Resisting Body Image?
The first step is identifying your resistance. Where do you struggle with accepting your body? What beliefs or thoughts hold you back from appreciating yourself?Â
Day 2: What Have You Decided Your Body Should Look Like?
On Day 2, it’s time to challenge preconceived notions. What standards have you set for your body, and why?Â
Day 3: Mirror Manipulation
Day 3 is all about confronting the mirror. Instead of seeing flaws, learn to see yourself with kindness. Donnielle guides you through an exercise called “Mirror Manipulation." A practice that is essential in shifting the way you see yourself, fostering gratitude rather than criticism.
Day 4: Triggers
We all have triggers that affect how we view our bodies. Whether it's social media, certain outfits, or comments from others, recognizing these triggers is crucial. On Day 4, you’ll identify what sets off negative self-talk and learn strategies to handle these triggers without letting them derail your progress.
Day 5: What Have You Decided Would Occur If You Had the “Right” Body Image?
Many of us have a mental image of what the “right” body looks like and believe certain things will change if we achieve it. On Day 5, Donnielle invites you to explore these thoughts. Recognizing these beliefs helps in understanding the deeper reasons behind your body image struggles.
Day 6: Clean Out That Closet!
How you dress can deeply influence how you feel about yourself. On Day 6, it’s time to clean out your closet and learn how to dress in a way that reflects who you are, not trying to squeeze into societal ideals.
Day 7: What Is Right About Your Body?
The final day of the challenge is all about celebration. You'll engage in an exercise which helps you finish the week on a positive note, fostering gratitude for your body and everything it does for you.
